The Missouri River Energy Services (MRES) RiverWinds wind farm is located 2 miles west of Worthington, Minnesota. Commissioned in 2002 and 2003, it consists of 6 NEG Micon wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 5.5 MW. Four of the turbines are model NM52/900 and two are NM54/950. The northwest 4 units were constructed in 2002; the southeast 2 in 2003.
