Vancouver Dry Dock is owned by Seaspan Marine Corporation, which also owns Vancouver Shipyards and Victoria Shipyards.

Vancouver Drydock has two floating dry docks used for ship repairs -- the larger Panamax drydock on the left and the Seaspan Careen on the right -- an outfitting/repair pier with 85-tonne crane, and on-shore machine and steel-forming shops.

History: Vancouver Drydock was created in 1992 to acquire the floating drydocks and some shore-based facilities of the bankrupt Versatile Pacific Shipyard (formerly Burrard Dry Dock), whose shipyard and ship repair business occupied the area between here and Lonsdale Quay.
