1905, by Joseph Crouch and Edmund Butler. In an Arts and Crafts style. On the corner and designed as one with No 2 Somerset Road, the corner itself marked by a polygonal turret flanked by single gabled bays. Brick plinth; pebbledashed with stone dressings; tiled roof with bracketed eaves and brick chimney stacks. Two storeys plus attic. Ground floor with a 5 light window beneath a tiled lean-to with bracketed eaves cornice and the door with a 3-light mullioned window to its left. First floor with a Venetian type window and, in the gable, a 3 light window. All windows with leaded lights, some of them stained glass. The turret has cross windows with blank tympana and blocking stones. On the return, the entrance to No 2 Somerset Road in a stone surround that incorporates a window either side of the door, a canted bay window and 1-, 2- and 3-light windows.
