Has lots of Tatars
a former Tatar school. It was built in 1914 on land and with funds provided by a wealthy oil manufacturer. After 1917 it became the central Tatar club with a theater and library. Following World War II the building was occupied by Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Today it is the Tatar Cultural Center. The facade of the building is decorated in Eastern Muslim style.
