Late 80's / early 90's monstrosity. On the ground floor there is a large retail mall area, with about 25 units and open-plan access from 3 streets to the malls. The floors are all faux terracotta tiles. There is an underground car park, accessed from Duke street, with ped access from a small door on Cleveland St, which never opens. On top of the ground floor retail, there is a car park, again accessed from Duke street. This building is also home to Doncaster council's benefit department. Just as well, then, that there's also a Home Bargains and other discount stores!
