Prairie Breeze II and Prairie Breeze III are two wind farms located both north and south of the eastern section of the previously constructed Prairie Breeze I wind farm. They extend from 2-12 miles east of and from 3 miles north to 7 miles south of the town of Elgin, Nebraska. They were both completed in late 2015 / early 2016, and together they contain 61 identical GE Energy 1.79-MW wind turbines: PB II has 41 turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 73.4 MW and PB III has 20 turbines with a combined capacity of 35.8 MW.

Note: Information about which individual turbines belong to PB II and which to PB III, however, is not readily available. The best I can say is that PB II is stated to be in Antelope and Boone Counties, whereas PB III is said to be in Antelope County. This would mean that the southern group of 14 turbines should belong to PB II and the (remaining) northern group of 47 turbines should be split very roughly half-and-half between the two. Until this situation is resolved, all the individual turbines are labelled as belonging to PB II. Twenty of them are mislabelled, but which 20???
