This is a partial (half) diamond interchange between U.S. Route 1/301 (Belvidere Street) and 2nd Street/Oregon Hill Parkway in Richmond, Virginia. It exists largely because it is directly adjacent to the Robert E. Lee Bridge carrying Route 1/301 over the James River, with 2nd Street passing under this bridge. The ramps are bridges in themselves that join Route 1/301 over the James River. The half diamond only provides access to/from U.S. Route 1/301 south. Access to the north can be made via a number a nearby surface street, with Spring Street being the closest.
