New outlet of Sameh Mall on Gardens Street. Construction in full swing as of early 2017. Expected to open in 2018. However in January 2018, some of the deep excavation became unstable further to extensive rainfall, resulting in temporary closure of Garden Street, one of Amman's main arteries for several days.
This is the former site of the Russian Circus.
