Pay parking lot, formerly belonging to the Saskatoon Police Service when their headquarters was in the adjacent building.

In 1903, the Municipal Justice Building was constructed on this site. It housed the first police HQ. It was demolished in 1996 and converted into the present parking lot.

Since then it has been the site of two proposed developments, neither of which was constructed. A 28-storey residential tower with a mixture of low and high-income units was proposed in 2008 but cancelled in 2010. Another 2015 proposal would have seen a massive building constructed on this lot and the neighbouring lot after demolishing the old police station. The building would have housed a new main public library, grocery store and two 34-storey residential towers. However that deal collapsed on differences on estimates to complete the library.
