CMSP&P Vendome Loop
The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad stretched from Chicago to Seattle. The biggest hill on the railroad was the climb up to Donald, on the Continental Divide. In order to keep the climb to a manageable 2% grade, this 3 mile loop was built at Vendome.
