The MDBC Penang Chapter was launched to provide a more conducive business environment and establish more networking opportunities for MDBC members located in Penang and the northern region. The Chapter also organizes informative briefings on varied topics such as Business Continuity, IP, HR, Logistics and the Malaysian Budget. Cooperation with local Penang member institutions such as NCIA and Kulim Technology Park has also led to more informative events and closer ties. There is also support from and cooperation with the Netherlands Embassy and Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency to organize more events in Penang.

Since the beginning of 2012, TMF Administrative Services Sdn Bhd’s Penang branch has played host to the MDBC Penang office.
