The primary fabrication and assembly site for the integrated topside module for the Hebron offshore oil platform, the Bull Arm facility was responsible for the construction of the Living Quarters module and all Auxiliary Components (Helideck, Lifeboat Deck, Gas Flare etc) which would be subsequently integrated with other topside modules built at Marystown, NL and Ulsan, Korea.

With all modules onsite by September of 2016, the site assumed the role of final assembly and integration of the Utilities & Process, Living Quarters, Drilling Support, Drilling Equipment and Auxiliary Component Modules to their final layout. After this process completed in late 2016, the entire Integrated Topside Module was loaded aboard a pair of barges and successfully mated with the Gravity Base Structure anchored in deep water in Bull Arm on December 15, 2016.
