Following the July 2014 float-out of the Hebron Gravity Base Structure from the nearby drydock construction site, the GBS was towed to this location and secured by a trio of landside anchor points over the deepest portion of Bull Arm where construction resumed on the GBS through December of 2016.

Following the successful mating of the integrated topside structure module to the GBS in December 2016, the site was used to finalize preparations and construction for the final tow of the completed Hebron platform to its final offshore location, which commenced in late 2017.
