Attached to the studio to the west, this was the home of Trem Carr Studios, which was the precursor to Monogram Pictures, one of the very largest "Poverty Row" studios and the king of "B" features.
The facility consisted of a very small office and a very small stage. It was so small that they eventually absorbed the space next door, and finally built a large studio in East Hollywood (most famous as Monogram Pictures and as KCET Televsion).
