Harvest Wind Farm is located about 4-6 miles (7-10 km) north of the Columbia River just west of the village of Roosevelt, Washington (opposite Arlington, Oregon). It consists of two sections, west and east, separated by about 9 miles (14 km), and contains 43 Siemens SWT-2.3-93 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 98.9 MW.
