Built in 1950, designed by Edwin H. Lundie (1886–1972), FAIA, who was known for homes, country estates, timber-frame cabins, and public spaces and practices from St Paul up until his death at age 85. Lundie's trademark became taking basic elements of the home and turning them into discrete works of art. Extensively remodeled by Kyle Hunt and Partners. Put on the market bought in June 2014 by Samuel Heins and Stacey Mills, co-founders of Minneapolis law firm Heins Mills & Olson for $2,650,000.
