Lemons Lake is a federally designated reservoir created by the damming of Running Water Draw, part of the Brazos River System, south of the city of Hart, Castro County, Texas. Lemons Lake has been at a very low water levels to dry due to long term drought conditions that have existed in Texas Panhandle over the past decade.
