The site of Luna Park, one of Cleveland's most popular early amusement parks. The amusement park first opened in 1905. It closed in 1929, a victim of the Great Depression. In the 1930s, the Park's stadium continued to be used for sports events. In 1940, the property became the site of Woodhill Homes, one of Cleveland's early public housing developments.
