Originally opened in 1924, the Stonewall Jackson Hotel was designed by H.L. Stevens and includes a one of a kind circa 1924 Wurlitzer Organ in the hotel's famous Colonnade Ballroom. It was extensively renovated and reopened in 2005. It was renamed Hotel 24 South, after the building's street address, due to protests in 2020.
