  • Good Inverstment if you purchase land in Kolapakkam. Checked with legal dept and there is no Airport expansion. Lot of International Schools like Omega, Pon Vidhyashram, St Fransics, PSSB and Holy Angels.
  • There is no airport expansion in this area,the property prices wil becom 2-3 times higher as it is now.good calm locality to live especially "maxworth nagar"
  • No more airport expansion people,kolapakkam is good but not excellent location as there is water stagnent problems ,go for porur or Manapakkam which is advisable because these 2 localities have everythng and the most calm localities in these surroundings
