The Bellefonte Waterfront

The Bellefonte Waterfront is a development area based parallel to Spring Creek across from Talleyrand Park. The land was developed in 2016 by a six million dollar venture comprised of a three million dollar state grant matched by local funding. Currently there is only a boardwalk style walkway next to the creek, but the borough is looking to add boutique shops, business office space, parking, and a hotel and conference center.
