Mount Sterling is an unincorporated community in Jefferson Township, Switzerland County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. The community is located on Indiana State Road 56 north of the town of Vevay.

A post office was established at Mount Sterling in 1819, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1907.
