H Hotel W390 (New York City, New York)

480-foot, 38-story hotel completed in 2023. Designed by Peter Poon, it is clad in a glass curtain wall. The building features a dramatic cantilever over the neighboring building, high above the street level. The lower floors have incredible ceiling heights of 18 feet.

Almost all the corners of each floor plate appear to be curved, while the final levels culminate in a rounded parapet. The grid of mullions further accentuates the idiosyncratic shape of the structure. There is row of balconies with glass railings on the south facade, and a large south-facing terrace on the 18th floor facing Midtown and Bryant Park.

The hotel contains 173 guest rooms.
