ABOUT THIS DEPOT & DETAILS
- Opened in 2008.
- This building was a site of a car rental business.
- This is a four-story building.
- First Floor: has four fueling and defueling stations, cleaning and storage facilities for 200 buses on the first floor.
- Second Floor: Advanced 27 bus central maintenance facility
- Third Floor: Administrative offices for the New York City Transit, Department of Buses
- Fourth Floor: Parking garages for MTA employees


CENTRAL FACILITY
As a Central Facility is able to repair and maintain the newer fleet of diesel, diesel hybrid-electric, 60-foot articulated, express coach and compressed natural gas buses and expand the capabilities of the current East New York central maintenance facility for Brooklyn and Queens. Also, it has four paint booths, environmentally friendly, self-contained that avoid the spread of contaminants.
