i. Objectives
The objective of the center is to catalyze and support excellence in teaching and learning of science, technology, engineering, mathematics(STEM) and other core subjects through innovative, research-based instructional strategies and use of technologies. It is also to catalyze and promote educational innovations in terms of enhancing teaching and learning strategies or methodology, use and create science products, use of technology, for the appreciation, understanding and application of science as well as the process of science education.

ii. Vision Statement
To promote STEM education, especially Science, Engineering, Technology and Mathematics Education, aiming to stimulate future innovations.
