We're famous for our 9 inch cheesecakes, caramel turtles, decorated minis, and so much more. We bake exceptional cakes for all occasions at Cheesecake Heaven, including birthdays, weddings, and engagement parties. Got a large order? Not to worry, we're happy to accommodate you. You're also welcome to stop by anytime for a delicious mini cheesecake or mouthwatering bitties (bite sized cheesecake)! We bake everything on-site by hand, using only the highest quality ingredients. There are no Cheesecake Factories in our area. So if you want to enjoy scrumptious, handmade cheesecake, we're the only game in town!

Cheesecake Heaven is a local, family-run business by Randy & Cindy Jarrett. We started out of our house in June 2011, in Tunnel Hill, Georgia and on November 5, 2012 at 10am, we opened our permanent location near downtown Dalton. Construction of the 1,050-square-foot house began around April 2012, but weeks before the construction, the leftover storage shed was removed from the lot. Randy, one of the owners and chefs of Cheesecake Heaven, grew up around the catering/cake industry, so making delicious cheesecakes only came natural to him. His wife Cindy, owner and chef of Cheesecake Heaven, runs the shop itself, while also whipping up some of her own yummy treats like cupcakes, cookies and chocolate covered strawberries. So stop on by and enjoy a delicious treat!
