Former space for Finley's Studio & Camera Shop from August 1957 until June 2009 is now a gift shop, opened around late 2009. Finley's Studio was established in 1903 in Ringgold by James Blair Finley. It was then relocated to 221 North Hamilton Street in downtown Dalton in 1905 and then to 109 North Hamilton Street in 1948, nine years before its final relocation to this building space. Today, Finley's Studio serves the public with an Internet presence and it continues to serve the area with a pick-up and delivery service. A fourth generation photographer Eugene C. Finley now runs the online photo store.

Susan Lama got her start by setting up a small display in her husband's store Dalton Stamp & Coin, located at 110 West Waugh Street in 2003. As her business grew, she moved to a warehouse partition where she could sell her items in a store called Among Friends in around 2004. And in around 2005, she opened her store at 236 North Hamilton Street as Paper Princess. That store location lasted until around 2006. Three years later her store was relocated to this permanent building space, few months after Finley's Studio & Camera Shop closed its doors.
