Former building for PrintNet USA printing shop and mailing services, from its establishment in 1968 until its relocation to a 15,000 sq. ft. facility at Cockrill Bend Industrial Park at 7005 Westbelt Drive in West Nashville in July 2004. Around 2012 until mid-2014, Charlotte Auto Sales banners were hanged on the walls of the vacant building outside, alerting Charlotte Avenue drivers that the dealer and sales office are located across the street from here. Even a few used cars from that car dealer were parked in the nearby parking lot of this building during that time. The current building is now a burlesque dance studio, opened on October 3, 2014 by burlesque performer and teacher Freya West (real name Freya Potempa). This is Nashville's first burlesque studio.

The dance organization was established in May 2010, after women in the audience at Music City Burlesque show, kept asking Freya West about being part of this program. So she hatched a plan to offer dedicated classes in the art of burlesque, and more importantly, in the art of self love and discovery. Her dancing classes were held temporarily at three studios in East Nashville, starting first at Studio 1406, located at 1406 McGavock Pike (until early 2011), then at Urban Studio, located at 604 Gallatin Pike (March 2011-January 29, 2014), and at Miss Fit Academy (January 30, 2014-September 2014), located at 265 Hermitage Avenue. Four years later, after slowly growing from a living room to renting studio space, the Debs were ready to find their own home. A hugely successful Kickstarter funded the flooring, furnishings, and startup. The Delinquent Debutantes burlesque dance studio came to life in this location on October 3, 2014, and we've been making magic there, and at workshops around the country, ever since.

Parties
Delinquent Debutantes specializes in bridal parties, birthday parties, and bachelorette parties. We can also create an unforgettable Girls’ Night Out!

Our classic package includes a gift bag with a chandelle feather boa, a tiara and handmade pasties. You get a two hour studio rental and you can bring as much food and drink as you like. One of our talented instructors will lead you through a fun and flirty burlesque warm up, teaching you bumps, grinds, shimmies and showgirl poses. All participants will perform perfect glove peels, and the party culminates in a classic burlesque boa choreography (boas will be provided for all participants!
