West46th Apartments (opening soon) (Nashville, Tennessee)

Former location for Charlotte Avenue Church of Christ from its establishment in 1921 until its demolition in May 2010 is now a luxury apartment building. Last worship service were held on Sunday, November 25, 2007 at 10am and its members were relocated to West Nashville Heights Church of Christ at 5807 Charlotte Avenue for an evening worship service. Nashville councilman Jason Holleman tried to save the historic structure in early 2010.

Construction of the apartment building began in early 2015 and it is scheduled to open in Summer 2016. It is constructed by the Cambridge Swinerton Builders and by the Stonehenge Real Estate Group. So, the apartment building is both a blessing and a curse. Stay tuned for updates.
