Okny Raion (Ukrainian: Окнянський район), until May 2016 Krasni Okny Raion (Ukrainian: Красноокнянський район) is a raion (district) in Odessa Oblast of Ukraine. Its administrative center is the urban-type settlement of Okny. Population: 20,216 (2015 est.)

Since 1992, the district acquired the status of border, the length of the state border is 122 km border . Border area covers nine rural councils. There are three Department of Border Guard Service "Black", "Tkachenko," "Junket" , "Novosemenivka". "Gylanka". International customs post "Platonic Goianul Nou" (New Hoyany), local checkpoints "Fedosiyivka - Jura ',' Dubey oak" and mobile reserve pledge "Krasnye Okny" frontier Kotovskogo.

In 2001 11% of its population was belonging to the Moldovan minority.
