100-foot, 10-story Neo-Georgian cooperative-apartment building completed in 1923. Designed by Carrère & Hastings, it is clad in variegated reddish-brown brick. The central entrance has a glass-and-black-metal door and sidelights below a small, sloped, green canvas canopy. The cream-colored stone surround has a pair of flanking columns with Corinthian capitals and an entablature with garlands in the middle and rosettes at the end caps, surmounted by a dentiled triangular pediment. The ground floor has two single-windows to either side, with iron grilles that bow out at the bottoms. The outer bays have cream-colored stone surrounds with delicate moldings and keystones. At the west end is a gated service entrance. The end bays are framed by regular brick quoins at the first two floors.

The upper floors have two bays of wide double-windows (with black iron mullions) in the middle and narrow double-window end bays (with thinner mullions). The 2nd floor is capped by a stone band course with a row of rosettes. A thin sill course runs below the 3rd-floor windows, with recessed panels fronted by balusters below each window. There is also a sill course below the 8th floor, and a dentiled stone cornice below the 9th. The 8th floor has cross-hatch brickwork on the piers, and the facade is crowned by a simple stone coping. A 10th-floor penthouse is set back from the rest of the facade, faced in white stucco.

The west facade is clad in reddish brick at the front, and beige brick at the central light well and rear section. There are two bays of single-windows on both the front and rear sections, and single- and double-window lining the light well. The building contains 36 apartments.
