Opened in 1901 on the site of the Athenaeum.
Was owned by the MOD for years and used as the main postal sorting offices.
Refurbished and now back to a hotel.
The Architecture of the roof shows the three classes of people, Castle on the corner for Upper Class, A House for the Middle classes and a cottage for the lower classes.
There used to be a 25m Rifle range underneath, not sure if it's still there
