The Bessy Bell wind farm is located about 4 km south of Newtonstewart, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It consists of 16 wind turbines. Phase 1 (western section, commissioned in 1995) has 10 Vestas V39/500 units, and phase 2 (eastern section, commissioned in 2008) has 6 GE Energy 1.5se units, for a combined nominal capacity of 14 MW.
