  • Fr Toy, Fr Byrne, Fr McCafferty. Happy memories of days in the 50s-60s, lovely chapel and lovely people.
  • Part of the grounds that this church stands on were once Croftfoot Farm.
  • I was 5 in 1955 when we moved to Castlemilk. On Sundays we went to mass in the hut as the church hadn't been built. I made my 1st communion in the hut but my brother made his1st communion in the church the following year. The 3 priests were Fr. Toy, Fr Brady & Fr Byrne. The parish have a tribute to Fr Toy at Blairbeth cemetery. I always stop when I visit Scotland & go to my family's grave. Rena Christmas (nee Lalley)
