Sunset is a city in Davis County, Utah, United States. It is part of the Ogden–Clearfield, Utah Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 5,122 at the 2010 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.5 square miles (3.8 km²), all of it land. Sunset emerged as a distinct place in 1916.
