This "Super Strip" contains several hundred thousand square feet of retail and commercial space just off the interchange of highways 30 and 21. The shopping center is roughly half the land area of the traditional downtown located just a few miles north on highway 21.

  • This large retail center certainly adds to the city of Massillon's retail mix. One cannot help but to question the impacts on the more traditional downtown though. Additionally, one can only imagine the continued sprawl that this development will encourage in the area.
  • the nearby waste treatment facility is faulty and the entire area reeks of the city's poop.
