Historical house constructed in 1909, it is American Foursquare style structure with Prairie style influences.

Former space for insurance agency Charles W. Snider Insurance Co. (until mid-December 1952 [relocated to 802 Broadway]), Towne House Antiques (early-June 1973-late-April 1976), Dells Photo (c. May 27, 1976 [originally located in 808 River Road]-c. mid-June 1976), Trumble Photography/Trumble's Dells Photography/Trumble Photography and Antiques/Trumble's Dells Photography and Antiques/Trumble's Photography Studio (c. mid-June 1976-2004), gift shop A Homespun Heart (May 14, 2015-c. Fall 2019 [relocated to Wisconsin Dells Craft Mall in Baraboo]), and Pacific Island cuisine restaurant and brewery Latte Stone Brewing Co. (October 15, 2021-Fall 2023). The current space is now a German restaurant and brewery, opened on May 3, 2024 by general manager Chaz Hastings and owner Melissa Stuckart.
