5-story postmodern townhouse originally completed in the late 1800s. It was remodeled with a completely new facade in 1990. It is stuccoed, and painted grey at the ground floor, with a lighter shade of grey on the upper levels. The ground floor has a multi-paneled garage door on the right, with three transom windows on top, and with two similar pedestrian doors on the left, separated by a narrow column of windows. Paneled cast-iron piers frame the ground floor.

The narrow window column near the left side continues all the way up the facade. On the right, there is a 2-story wall of multi-pane windows with silver metal framing, set around a pair of French doors at the 2nd floor that open onto a black iron Juliette balcony. The 4th & 5th floors have two shorter glass doors separated by a window in the center, all with transoms above; both also have Juliette balconies. In this bay, between the 4th & 5th floor, is a recessed area painted darker grey. At the 5th floor, this bay is topped by an arch, and the recessed area above is also painted darker grey. Between the main bay and the narrow window column is a small square window on the 3rd & 5th floors. The west end of the roof line rises higher to accommodate the elevator shaft.
