Former space for clothing stores Hansen's Department Store (until c. late 1975), Jon Ryan Department Store (c. early 1976-c. mid 1980's), and hardware store Steffes True Value Hardware (c. Spring 2008 [originally located at 310 Broadway]-November 30, 2021). The current hardware store was renamed to Gary's True Value Hardware on December 1, 2021 after the previous owner Martin Steffes (who ran this store since 1975) retired from the business and handed over to the new owner Gary Booth.
