This is famous temple and this the defence capital of pallava, and one the most important and great good disiciple of Sri Ramanjua for the vaishanvate leader. He lost his eyes for the Dharsan of Vaisnava Sambardhayam. There is a great festival at the time of Jan (Thai Hastham) 10 days Nalyara Divaprabdham and Azhwans Pancha Stahavam will recite at the 10th day of the Festival. On 9th day there is Car festival also and it is near 1000 families are in the village.
