The Rolls-Royce Victory Building (formerly known as Plant 5) was a two-million square-foot manufacturing facility dating to 1942. It was demolished as part of Project Condor, a six-year $600 million modernization project for Rolls-Royce's Indianapolis Operations Center, completed in 2021.
