Landmark denoting the only road into the Village of Pemberton. First building at BC Highway 99 leading into the town. Frontage on Portage Road, but official gazetted address is 7330 Arbutus Street. Topped with a Weather Vane / weather cock featuring a horse. Builder Norman Little of Pole Creek ( Birken ) & Vancouver.
