The third largest architectural/landscape conservation area in Twickenham. Early 20th century and wholly parkland (northern belt) and residential. The sole downside to its good state of preservation and upkeep is the parkland is aesthetically recorded as 'somewhat blighted' by the A316 arterial road to the north (contination of the M3 into London) which has the last stretch away from London not to have flyovers at its junctions.
