A small town close to Pugalur/Kagithapuram.This town comprises of 200-300 houses. The main occupation is Agriculture. Many work in the TNPL,the worlds largest papermill to manufacture paper from Bagasse.Has One elementary school, PDS store and three temples. The main festival of this town is sellandiamman festival. A staged drama enacted completely by the town youths.A notable young man is Paruvath Kumar who has done a phenomenal service to the community but unfortunately is no more.

  • Moolimangalam is a beautiful village.The main occupation is agriculture.In this village there are many coconut trees.so,the coconuts are exported more in karur district.Moolimangalam is one of the best and largset village in TNPL panchayats.
