Opened for traffic November , 27, 2015.
The viaduct has two lanes, with separate bike lanes, sidewalks, access to the bridge itself is on ramps.
The viaduct exceeds 400 meters in length, of which the actual passage measures 252 meters in length, and the access ramps are 70 meters on Kogălniceanu and 70 meters on Calea Şurii Mici.
The road on the bridge consists of two layers of asphalt, a high-performance waterproofing and a protective layer of waterproofing.
The iron used to raise this structure weighs 900 tons, to which are added 5,000 cubic meters of concrete, 700 tons of reinforcement, all supported by 72 piles, drilled to a depth of 17 meters.
