It was the first family to own a CAR in the city and RICE MILLS. In those days they EXPORTED RICE to neighbouring countries and posses STATE TRANSPORTATION facilities. It is well known family for their CHARITY and LOVING KINDNESS, they're a very noble family. Mr. J.N.D. Davy served as Anaikkadu branch secretary and treasurer for Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam , Mr. Davy is one of the leaders who are responsible for the foundation of Anaikkadu Uravin Murai Sangam and for the implementaion of its laws.His wife's name is S. Rose Punithamani @Punitha Davy[Retd.Teacher] .
