which is owned the Sonoma Mine Management, a joint venture comprising: QCoal Group, JS Sonoma Pty Ltd, CSC Sonoma Pty Ltd and Watami (Qld) Pty Ltd. On July 10, 2012 a former partner in the joint venture, Cliffs Natural Resources Inc., sold its 45% interest in the mine with 90% to QCoal and the remaining 10% to JSS.
