Sai Ying Pun Community Complex (西營盤社區綜合大樓) is located at 2 High Street, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong. It is a 9-storey building built on the site of the Old Mental Hospital (舊精神病院), of which only the granite facade and arched verandah were preserved.
It now houses several charity organizations, which provide services to the local community.
