This building opened in 2006, containing Strides Health and Fitness Club. The building suffered a fire in 2011, and was reopened later that year. In 2014, a major renovation was completed, adding a significant amount of space into the building. The building contains a large, renovated Strides gym, Strides Spa and Wellness Centre, Geri's Hair Design Studio, The Cooperators, The Hearing Specialists, Burchell MacDougall Law Office, Classic Physiotherapy, along with space for lease.
