CBU's Fitness Centre is located in the CBHRC. The Centre has a large selection of top quality cardiovascular equipment complete with a variety of selectorized strength machines that are complemented by an area designed for free weights. The facility has a private stretching/toning area furnished with mats, abdominal equipments, tubing and stability balls. Adjacent to this area, members will find a Fitness Activity Room that will host spinning classes among other activities.

The Dome, which is a 57,780 square foot air supported structure houses an artificial turf playing surface that is suitable for just about any sport or activity that can be played on grass. Outside of the facility there are two beach volleyball courts as well as a full size turf soccer field. Surrounding the field is an 8 lane synthetic track and with all field disciplines.
